Shoulder Exercises

Exercises should be done in continuous motion fashion. Start with five repetitions and gradually increase after several weeks to 10-20 reps depending on what your needs are. Exercises done in the morning is preferred, it tends to be one of our most habitually scheduled times. This allows us to establish our habit with better success.
